摘要:
研究广西青天葵内生真菌的抗菌活性,并筛选出具有抗菌活性的菌株。从广西青天葵植株中共分离得到23株内生真菌,以15种病原真菌为指示菌株,用平板对峙法对分离的内生真菌进行抑菌试验,结果显示,内生真菌MQY-1对多种病原真菌指示菌具有较强的抗菌活性,结合其形态特征和分子生物学分析结果,将其鉴定为Colletotrichum truncatum,证明青天葵中存在一定的抗菌活性物质,为寻找新型抑菌物质提供一定基础。
