摘要:
研究不同浓度水杨酸处理对枸杞鲜果采后生理及贮藏效果的影响。结果表明,水杨酸处理能够明显降低枸杞鲜果在贮藏期内的腐烂率,增加果实硬度,提高维生素C、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物的含量,同时还可以提高枸杞鲜果过氧化氢酶的活性,降低多酚氧化酶的活性,从而达到抑制细胞衰败和延缓果实衰老的目的。
