摘要:
以松柳种子为试验材料,采用发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)作为光源,设置红、绿、蓝3种不同单色光质、复合光组合以及白光共9种不同的光质处理,研究不同光质对松柳芽苗菜生长和营养品质的影响。结果表明,纯红光处理的松柳芽苗菜可食用部分鲜质量、株高、可溶性蛋白含量最高,但其可食用部分干鲜比最低,含水量最多;红蓝绿3色混合光处理的松柳芽苗菜体内叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素的含量最高;红蓝1 ∶ 1混合光处理的松柳芽苗菜维生素C含量最高;白光处理的松柳芽苗菜游离氨基酸含量最高;不同光质对松柳芽苗菜的硝态氮含量无明显影响;白光和蓝光可以促进松柳芽苗菜总黄酮的合成。与蓝绿光组合相比,红蓝光组合更有利于松柳芽苗菜生长和品质的增加。在实际生产中可根据所需品质要求选择合适的光质组合。
