摘要:
以花色苷含量为响应指标,采用响应面法优化紫马铃薯中花色苷超声辅助提取工艺,结果表明,紫马铃薯中花色苷提取的优化条件是磷酸浓度为1.0%、料液比为1 g ∶ 5 mL、提取时间为19 min,在该条件下紫马铃薯花色苷的收率平均值为0.409 mg/g。采用稀磷酸提取鲜紫马铃薯花色苷,具有酸用量少、提取效果好的优点。
