摘要:
研发人员创新行为是近年来广受关注的问题,虽然当前关于创新行为前因变量的研究较为丰富,但从激励性薪酬角度展开的研究比较匮乏。基于期望理论和计划行为理论,采取问卷调查形式探索了激励性薪酬对研发人员主动创新行为的影响、组织创新氛围的调节效应以及创新意愿的中介效应。结果表明:激励性薪酬对研发人员主动创新有显著的正向影响;创新意愿部分中介了激励性薪酬对主动创新行为的影响;组织创新氛围的3个维度:同事支持、主管支持和组织支持均对激励性薪酬与研发人员主动创新行为的关系具有正向调节作用。
