摘要:
近几年,花生果腐病是花生上发生较为严重的一种病害,为明确海南花生果腐病病原菌的生物学特性,有效开展病害防治工作,降低该病危害,采用病原菌分离、鉴定,并对其生物学特性进行研究。通过对其培养特性、形态特征的观察及rDNA的转录间隔区(internal transcribed spacers,简称ITS)序列测定,与GenBank中同源性较高的菌株进行序列对比,最后将菌株JGF2确定为镰刀菌。生物学特性研究表明,JGF2菌丝在PDA培养基上生长最快,菌丝生长的最适宜温度为20~35 ℃,最适pH值为8,乳糖为最佳碳源,牛肉浸膏为最佳氮源。
