摘要:
对江苏省143份花生地方品种资源的9个主要农艺性状进行了相关性分析和系统聚类分析,结果表明:除出仁率变异系数为3.07%外,其他性状变异系数均超过10%。花生主茎高与侧枝长、总分枝数呈极显著负相关,与百果重呈显著负相关。侧枝长与总分枝数呈极显著正相关,与百仁重、出仁率呈显著负相关。结果枝数与单株果数、单株生产力呈极显著正相关。总分枝数与百果重、百仁重呈极显著正相关,与出仁率呈显著负相关。单株果数与单株生产力呈极显著正相关。单株生产力与百果重呈显著正相关。百果重与百仁重呈极显著正相关,与出仁率呈极显著负相关。系统聚类分析将143份花生地方品种资源在欧式距离D=15.5水平上聚为3大类群:第Ⅰ类群包含86个品种,第Ⅱ类群包含47个品种,第Ⅲ类群包含10个品种。
