摘要:
通过低温热解小麦秸秆得到粗木醋液,再减压蒸馏制得精制木醋液,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对粗木醋液、精制木醋液进行成分分析。结果表明,精制木醋液成分种类减少,枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、青枯雷尔氏菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、草酸青霉菌等菌种的抑制试验表明,粗木醋液和精制木醋液均有良好的抑菌效果,粗木醋液的抑菌能力比精制木醋液好。
