摘要:
液体授粉是梨园省力化生产的重要技术,然而授粉液配方中硝酸钙是易制爆危险化学品,其购买、储存和应用受到很大限制。为筛选方便易得且可以促进花粉萌发和花粉管生长的钙源,替换梨树授粉液中的硝酸钙,以促进梨树液体授粉技术的推广应用,共选取8种不同的钙源,按照相同钙浓度配制梨树授粉液,并从花粉萌发和花粉管生长2个方面分析钙源对梨花粉发育的影响。结果表明,培养4 h后,以葡萄糖酸钙为钙源时花粉萌发率和花粉管长度分别是硝酸钙为钙源的1.4倍和1.9倍。柠檬酸钙作用优于硝酸钙,乳酸钙的作用与硝酸钙相近,磷酸二氢钙在促进花粉萌发方面作用明显,但在促进花粉管生长方面作用与硝酸钙处理相近。以氢氧化钙、氯化钙和甘氨酸钙为钙源时,梨花粉萌发率和花粉管长度均明显低于硝酸钙处理。葡萄糖酸钙能明显促进梨花粉萌发和花粉管生长,且方便易得,可以替换梨树液体授粉配方中的硝酸钙。
