摘要:
以金艳、金丰李为试材,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定不同采收期糖酸组分及含量,分析其动态变化和相关性。结果表明,随着成熟度增加,2个李品种蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖、山梨醇含量均呈上升趋势,在九成熟时达最高值;酸含量变化趋势在品种间有差异,金艳的总酸含量随着成熟度的增加呈先增后降趋势,而金丰的总酸含量随着成熟度的增加而增加;相关性分析显示,山梨醇与总糖含量相关性最强(r=0.880),构成李果实总糖的最重要部分。综合分析认为,鲜食的金艳可在八成熟至九成熟采收,金丰则需在九成熟采收。
