摘要:
以农业类高职院校为例，应用Bootstrap自助抽样法下的结构方程模型，构建院校提高农民培训质量意愿的模型。结果表明，院校特征、主观规范、知觉行为控制和过去行为等是主要影响因素，其中过去行为对决策行为的影响最为显著，院校特征影响最弱；培训师资水平越高说明院校的农民培训质量越高，实践教学条件越好的院校越注重提高农民培训质量；学院对农民培训的重视度与师资的交互作用显著；加强对农民培训师资的绩效考核对提升农民培训质量具有基础性作用。
