摘要:
生物散斑激光技术与Fujii法、绝对值差法、惯性矩法、广义差法等定性定量分析方法相结合,可用于判断果蔬瘀伤、果蔬成熟过程生化变化、肉类品质、种子活力和果蔬真菌菌落感染程度等,该方法快速、简便、经济,可以保证生鲜农产品的质量和安全。对生物散斑激光技术的原理、计算方法、在生鲜农产品品质控制中的应用及面临的挑战进行综述,以期为生物散斑激光技术在生鲜农产品品质控制中的应用实践提供参考。
