摘要:
为研究中草药中常用农药的液质联用检测方法,建立三唑磷、水胺硫磷、啶虫脒3种农药在菊花、山药、麦冬和金银花4种中草药中的液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱测定方法。三唑磷、水胺硫磷、啶虫脒3种农药以各自对应定量离子的峰面积对应质量浓度得到的线性回归方程中相关系数分别为0.999 17、0.999 49、0.999 48,峰面积与对应杀虫剂浓度在0.001~0.500 mg/L浓度范围内均呈现出良好的线性关系。该方法稳定性高、准确度和精密度好,适合在中草药的农药残留高通量检测中推广使用。
