摘要:
为了解淮安地区苏淮猪仔猪出现细菌性腹泻的病因并提供治疗方案,采集腹泻仔猪的肛拭子样品共95份,对采集的样品进行细菌分离与鉴定、动物致病性鉴定及耐药性分析。结果显示,本次试验共分离鉴定到78株大肠杆菌,92株沙门氏菌;动物致病性试验显示,大肠杆菌致小鼠死亡率为65.38%,沙门氏菌致小鼠死亡率为95.84%;药敏试验结果显示,大肠杆菌耐药率高于沙门氏菌,且均对青霉素类和林可霉素类高度耐药,对氟喹诺酮类耐药率最低。多重耐药结果显示,所有分离菌株均为多重耐药菌株,大肠杆菌主要表现8~10耐,沙门氏菌主要表现在6~8耐。
