摘要:
通过在饲料中添加芽孢杆菌和乳杆菌,研究其对斑点叉尾鱼回免疫、消化和抗氧化功能的影响。选取体质量(50±3) g健康斑点叉尾鱼回360尾,随机分成3组,每组设3个平行,分别饲喂基础饲料、添加0.5%芽孢杆菌饲料和0.4%乳杆菌的饲料,试验周期为11周。结果表明,添加芽孢杆菌和乳杆菌可显著提高血清总补体活性(P<0.05),对皮质醇含量和溶菌酶活性则无显著影响(P>0.05)。添加芽孢杆菌和乳杆菌能显著提高肝脏超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性(P<0.05),芽孢杆菌组和乳杆菌组2组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。此外,添加芽孢杆菌和乳杆菌还显著提高肠道脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性(P<0.05)。综上,饲料中添加芽孢杆菌和乳杆菌能在一定程度上促进斑点叉尾鱼回的免疫、消化和抗氧化功能,为益生菌的应用提供一定参考。
