摘要:
蓝莓因果实具有较高的营养价值和保健功效而备受关注。对安娜(Anna)、比洛克西(Biloxi)和南方之星(Star)等3个南方高丛品种蓝莓在南京地区的适应性、生长期、果实品质和产量等进行了综合评价与比较。结果表明,3个蓝莓品种在南京地区表现出了较好的适应性。安娜果实甜度高、皮厚、果粉多,属于高糖低酸蓝莓品种;比洛克西果实花色苷含量较高,适合作为以提取花色苷类抗氧化物质为目的的品种;南方之星的果期相对集中,易于采摘且果实相对比安娜和比洛克西大,是优良的鲜食品种,适合在南京及周边地区大面积推广。
