摘要:
蓝莓花青素性能优良,有着巨大的应用潜力。为了进一步开发利用蓝莓花青素,研究蓝莓中花青素的提取及检测技术具有十分重要的意义。本文综述了国内外相关的蓝莓花青素提取及检测技术研究进展。
