摘要:
为探讨不同程度水分调亏对葡萄叶片的形态品质、光合作用日变化的影响,通过对“夏黑”葡萄进行水分调亏处理,设置处理为轻度水分调亏(T1)、中度水分调亏(T2)、重度水分调亏(T3)、各土壤含水量范围分别保持在 60%~70%、50%~60%、40%~50%,对照(CK)进行常规水肥管理,研究了不同水分处理及处理时间对葡萄叶片鲜质量、干质量、叶面积、叶片厚度、叶绿素含量等形态品质的影响,以及不同处理下净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度等光合指标日变化的影响。结果发现,轻度水分调亏在不同处理时间内均能够提高叶片的鲜质量,处理30 d后轻度水分调亏后叶片干质量显著高于中度、重度水分调亏(P<0.05);轻度水分调亏叶面积增大,在处理10 d后显著高于重度水分调亏处理(P<0.05),重度水分调亏处理明显减低了叶片的干质量、鲜质量和叶面积,处理40 d后重度水分调亏叶片厚度增大;处理前30 d,不同处理叶片叶绿素含量没有显著变化(P<0.05),但均高于对照,调亏处理40 d,轻度水分调亏处理叶片叶绿素含量显著高于其他处理(P<0.05);不同处理净光合速率Pn、蒸腾速率Tr、气孔导度Gs日变化趋势一致,均先上升后下降,与对照相比,轻度水分调亏处理后净光合速率增加,T2、T3处理后净光合速率降低,不同处理后蒸腾速率和气孔导度均低于对照。轻度调亏为当地“夏黑”葡萄进行最佳的水分调亏程度,可在一定程度上达到提高叶片形态品质和节水效果,重度水分调亏不利于葡萄叶片生长,在形态和生理上表现出一定的胁迫性。
