摘要:
在充分利用基因图谱和分子标记技术的基础上,以常规无性繁殖选育为主、生物技术育种为辅,结合传统的表型选择与现代技术的基因型选育,旨在为品种鉴定、遗传改良提供依据,从而缩短育种年限,提高育种效率。利用50对简单重复序列(SSR)引物对63份新疆大蒜及其野生蒜种材料的基因组DNA进行PCR扩增,用NTSYS-pc(Version 2.10e)对电泳后的多态性条带进行聚类分析及遗传多样性评价。结果表明,最终检测出33对特异性引物,将63份新疆大蒜及其野生蒜种材料进行有效区分,并分为6类,不同地理来源大蒜材料的多样性指数为0.41~090,从而相对精确地鉴定出大蒜资源间的亲缘关系。
