摘要:
粮食产业发展事关国运民生。江苏省作为我国重要的粮食生产区和商品粮基地，其粮食产业的可持续发展能力关乎国家粮食安全。21世纪以来，在党的政策领导下，江苏省粮食产业发展取得了显著成效，具体表现为：粮食生产能力稳步提升、粮食产业结构基本稳定、粮食产能中心向北移动、粮食消费总量先增后减等。但同时也面临资源要素约束趋强、种粮收益难提高、加工企业大而不强、仓储物流建设滞后、节粮减损空间较大等一系列突出问题。因此，为实现粮食产业高质量发展，江苏省应从压实政治责任、严格耕地保护、加强科技支撑、构建新型经营体系、完善现代产业体系、强化粮食安全治理等6个方面发力，确保江苏省粮食“产得出、流得畅、供得上”，城乡居民“买得起、买得到、买得好”，高质量保障粮食产业健康发展。
