摘要:

案件审理工作是纪检监察机构一项重要的经常性工作，是对违纪违法案件进行调查处理的必经程序和重要环节，是保障和提高案件质量的重要手段。立足科研单位实际，深入分析当前科研院所案件审理工作存在问题，查找在制度建设、队伍建设、办案能力、办案质量等方面的欠缺与不足。以江苏省农业科学院为例，从积极推进纪检监察体制改革、扎实有效开展案件审理工作、深化运用监督执纪“四种形态”、做细做实案件“后半篇文章”等内容入手，详细阐述了当前案件审理工作基本概况和经验做法。根据新时期审理工作相关要求，结合科研院所实际，提出了加强制度建设、优化部门设置、选好配强干部、创新工作机制等进一步加强和改进案件审理工作的路径，以期为其他科研院所纪检监察案件审理工作提供有益参考和借鉴。
