摘要:
小麦蚕豆间作可以降低小麦白粉病 (Erysiphe graminis f. sp. tritici),但不同氮水平下间作提高小麦抗性的机制尚不清楚。通过盆栽试验,设置2种种植模式[单作小麦 (MW) 和小麦蚕豆间作 (IW)]和3个施氮水平[75、150、225 mg/kg (分别为N1、N2、N3)],分别于白粉病菌接种0 h、12 h、1 d、2 d、3 d、6 d、10 d调查小麦白粉病发病率及病情指数,同时测定单间作小麦叶片的过氧化物酶 (POD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性和丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果表明,只有种植模式、氮水平与种植模式交互作用对小麦白粉病发病率有显著影响,但随着氮水平增加,小麦白粉病发病率和病情指数也增加。在病原菌接种后3 d单间作小麦出现白粉病病斑,病原菌接种后 5~10 d,在3个氮水平下,间作分别降低小麦白粉病发病率和病情指数29%、24%、21%和23%、21% (N3水平除外)。病原菌接种后单间作小麦叶片POD、CAT和SOD活性明显提高,随后降低;病原菌接种后12 h,3个氮水平下间作叶片POD活性较单作分别提高56%、49%、29%,接种后10 d时,N2、N3水平下间作较单作分别提高31%和22%;接种1 d后,N1、N2下间作小麦叶片的CAT活性较单作提高18%、28%;但3个氮水平下,单间作小麦叶片SOD活性未见规律性差异。在N1水平下,病原菌侵染0~2 d后,间作的MDA含量表现为间作低于单作;N2、N3水平下,0~45 d时间作的MDA含量低于单作。说明间作调控病原菌侵染初期小麦抗氧化酶活性及膜脂过氧化程度是提高小麦抗白粉病的机制之一。
