摘要:
为了解小尾寒羊的生长和发育的遗传机制,为小尾寒羊的品种选育做基础,本研究对GHRGHRHR基因的多态性进行检测,并将其多态性与生长性状进行了关联分析。试验利用PCR-SSCP技术,检测GHR和GHRHR基因在小尾寒羊群体的多态性,利用SPSS软件分析GHRH基因的多态性与生长性状之间的关联性。结果表明,在小尾寒羊群体中检测到3种GHR和GHRHR基因基因型,即DD、II、ID,GHR基因和GHRHR基因中II的基因型频率分别为0625 0、0.687 5,ID的基因型频率分别为0.3 130、0.2 500,DD的基因型频率为0.0 630、0.0 625。GHR基因个体中DD基因型个体和ID基因型个体在宰后胴体质量、臀端高、尻长、颈长、胸深这5个性状中均表现出显著差异(P<005);DD基因型个体和Ⅱ基因型个体在宰前活体质量、宰后胴体质量、臀端高、尻长、颈长这5个性状中均表现出显著差异(P<0.05)。GHRHR基因中,DD基因型个体和ID基因型个体在宰前活体质量、宰后胴体质量、体高、体长、尻高、颈长、腰角宽、腿臀围这8个性状中均表现出显著差异(P<0.05);ID基因型个体与II基因型个体在颈长和羊的宰前活体质量这2个性状中表现出显著差异(P<0.05);同样DD基因型个体同II基因型个体在尻高、腿臀围这2个性状中均表现出显著差异(P<0.05)。结果证明,GHR和GHRHR基因与小尾寒羊生长发育的相关性,可作为本土小尾寒羊遗传杂交改良的重要功能候选基因。本研究为进一步研究小尾寒羊的遗传特性试验提供了理论依据,对于研究小尾寒羊的遗传多样性改良和培育优良小尾寒羊品种具有重要意义。
