摘要:
利用PCV2病毒免疫8周龄BALB/c雌性小鼠，取其脾细胞与SP2/0骨髓瘤细胞融合，原核表达的PCV2病毒Cap蛋白作为检测抗原进行ELISA检测，获得了1株PCV2单抗，命名为2E9。用PCV2全病毒免疫小鼠，能获得特异性针对PCV2病毒的单克隆抗体。为建立特异性强、敏感性高、简便快速的PCV2检测方法打下了基础。
