摘要:: 采用统计分析和Logistic回归分析方法，基于耕保基金制度分析耕保基金制度对耕地保护的作用机制及实施效果。结果显示：耕保基金制度对提高农户的耕地保护意识具有促进作用，但耕保基金的帕累托最优并未实现。说明农户对耕保基金制度越了解对耕地保护的力度就越大，农户对耕保基金补偿金额的满意度较低，导致农户对耕地保护积极性降低。两者之间同时存在一正一负的双向作用；在农户自身情况方面，农户家庭非农人口数量、购买养老保险人数越多，对耕地保护的负向作用就越大。
