摘要:
以乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,通过合环、脱乙酰化、氯取代、芳环取代、N-取代反应,先后得到6-甲基-4-羟基-2-吡喃酮、6-甲基-4-氯-2-吡喃酮及其6-甲基-4-烷氨基-2-吡喃酮衍生物,并进行了抑菌生物活性测试。产物的结构经过1H NMR和MS进行表征。结果表明,部分化合物对立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)与串珠镰刀菌(Fusarium moniliforme)具有一定的抑制活性。
