摘要:
以江苏省2001—2013年通过审定的83份常规粳稻品种及4份对照品种为对象,利用食味仪测定各品种的直链淀粉、蛋白质含量及食味值,分析各生态型品种食味品质的变化趋势,以探讨加快江苏优质食味粳稻新品种选育进展可能的途径。
