摘要:
分别对3年生银杏盆栽苗叶片喷施50、100、150、200 μmol/L茉莉酸溶液,探讨茉莉酸对银杏盆栽苗高温胁迫下生理特性的影响。结果表明:45℃高温胁迫下,不同茉莉酸处理下银杏叶片相对电导率从大到小依次为CK>J1>J2>J4>J3。随着茉莉酸浓度的增加,银杏叶片MDA含量呈先下降后上升趋势,不同茉莉酸处理下银杏叶片MDA含量由大到小依次为CK>J1>J2>J4>J3。45 ℃高温胁迫下,不同茉莉酸处理银杏叶片可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白的含量从大到小依次为CK>J1>J2>J4>J3。不同浓度茉莉酸处理下银杏叶片SOD活性、CAT活性、POD活性从大到小为J3>J4>J2>J1>CK。茉莉酸预处理降低了银杏盆栽苗叶片的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量,通过降低渗透势来增强银杏渗透调节能力及吸水能力,维持银杏正常代谢水平。
