摘要:
从形态学、生化特性、分子生物学水平对2种海洋弧菌进行菌种鉴定，将这2株菌制作成混合菌液，对大黄鱼进行攻毒试验。对2菌株16S rDNA进行PCR扩增，产物长度分别为1 389、1 477 bp。利用BLAST进行比对，结果显示菌株090625 的序列与哈维氏弧菌的同源性高达99%；而菌株070925 的序列与副溶血弧菌同源性高达99%。攻毒试验发现，大黄鱼体亲鱼表皮下出血和肝脏、脾脏等组织都出现了典型的弧菌感染病症，大黄鱼幼鱼则未出现感染现象。菌株090625为哈维氏弧菌，菌株070925为副溶血弧菌。大黄鱼亲鱼比幼鱼更容易感染细菌。
