摘要:
为获得对马铃薯疮痂病(potato scab)病原菌具有较强拮抗作用的优良菌株,以笔者所在实验室保存的237株细菌为出发菌株,采用十字交叉划线法和平板扩散法进行初筛和复筛。经筛选后得到1株拮抗活性明显的菌株 12-82,其抑菌圈直径达26.2 mm。经菌落菌体形态观察、16S rRNA基因序列分析及生理生化试验,将菌株12-82初步鉴定为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens),该研究为开发防治马铃薯疮痂病的生物菌剂奠定了基础。
