摘要:
基于氨基甲酸酯类农药抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的原理,以硫化镉-石墨烯纳米复合物为酶固定化材料,以西维因作为模型化合物构建了基于乙酰胆碱酯酶的氨基甲酸酯类农药的生物传感平台。结果表明,固定在硫化镉-石墨烯纳米复合材料上的乙酰胆碱酯酶与氯化硫代乙酰胆碱的亲和能力强,并且硫化镉-石墨烯纳米复合材料上的乙酰胆碱酯酶对氯化硫代乙酰胆碱的催化活性高,其米氏常数Km为0.24 mmol;由于硫化镉-石墨烯纳米复合材料的引入,增加了氯化硫代乙酰胆碱在电极表面的电子转移速度,提高了检测的灵敏度;该传感器对西维因的检测范围为 2 ng/mL~2 μg/mL,检测限为0.72 ng/mL,研究结果为氨基甲酸酯类农药的快速检测提供了一种有效的途径。
