摘要:
渔业水体样品经HLB小柱净化和富集，采用荧光-紫外检测器串联方法对多环芳烃进行检测，结果表明，高效液相色谱分析方法对16种多环芳烃分离效果好，检出限(LOD)为0.001～0.01 μg/L，相对标准偏差为1.2%～9.5%(n=6)，加标回收率为72.1%～98.3%。该方法重现性和选择性较高，对水体多环芳烃的残留测定具有很好的应用前景。
