摘要:
高温脱毒法的原理是病毒粒子不耐高温。本研究设计了一种综合考虑脱毒温度、脱毒时间、光环境等因素的植物病毒钝化结构及系统。该系统包括主控制器和多个控制分站,各控制器之间采用ZigBee方式无线通信;工作时将需要钝化病毒的植物茎段放入钝化终端,由主控制器设置病毒钝化的参数,钝化终端执行温度、光质、时长的控制。经过野外试验表明,该系统具有响应速度快、控制精度高、适用范围广和工作稳定可靠等特点。
