摘要:
以西红柿、小茴香、辣椒、茄子、葱、芹菜为试验材料,研究不同种类、不同浓度的非寄主植物粗提物对小菜蛾幼虫的驱避作用,旨在为利用植物间作方法控制小菜蛾提供理论依据。结果表明:用芹菜、葱、辣椒粗提物原液处理的饲喂萝卜苗的小菜蛾幼虫分布比例分别为11.67%、3.33%、20.00%,用芹菜、葱、辣椒粗提物原液稀释液处理的饲喂萝卜苗的小菜蛾幼虫分布比例分别为13.33%、5.00%、23.33%;用西红柿、茄子、小茴香粗提物原液处理的饲喂萝卜苗的小菜蛾幼虫分布比例分别为1.67%、30.00%、6.67%,用西红柿、茄子、小茴香粗提物原液稀释液处理的饲喂萝卜苗的小菜蛾幼虫分布比例与对照差异显著。以白菜、奶白菜代替萝卜苗作为寄主进行验证试验,结果表明,用非寄主植物粗提物原液处理的饲喂白菜、奶白菜的小菜蛾分布比率均低于未处理的;小菜蛾幼虫在非寄主植物粗提物原液处理过的寄主上的取食分布比率与以萝卜饲喂寄主的趋势基本一致。
