摘要:
为筛鉴高效、低毒、安全的小菜蛾防治药剂,对22%氰氟虫腙悬浮剂等9种药剂进行室内毒力测定和田间药效试验,分别通过对死亡率、校正死亡率、虫口减退率、校正防效4项指标进行分析。结果表明,5%虫螨腈+10%茚虫威+2%甲维盐悬浮剂田间防效较好且对菜心安全,药后7 d防效为82.83%,对小菜蛾也有良好室内毒力;1%阿维菌素+15%丁醚脲+5%虫螨腈悬浮剂对小菜蛾的大田防效较好,药后7 d防效为89.39%,室内毒力效果相对略差;50 g/L 虱螨脲乳油+8 000 IU/mL苏云金杆菌悬浮剂对小菜蛾的室内毒力效果明显优于大田试验;5%氟铃脲+10%丁醚脲+5%虫螨腈悬浮剂室内毒力效果和田间防效均最高,但该药剂在菜心上易产生药害,应慎用。
