摘要:
重点围绕国家和地市管理部门在农药助剂环境风险评估、分类管理和限量管理的需求，通过专家咨询、实地调研和国内外文献查阅，获取了农药助剂名称、理化性质、作用与用途、使用情况、管理状况等原始数据和信息资料，围绕企业管理、产品管理、信息维护和个人管理4个主要功能模块，基于数据库技术和计算机网络技术，构建了具备联机分析处理、数据可视化以及数据挖掘等功能的农药助剂信息管理系统。本系统的建立将为国家建立农药助剂环境优先控制品种名录、农药助剂环境安全分级管理制度提供科技支撑。
