摘要:
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,农产品及食品质量安全问题备受社会关注,从而使农产品、食品检测工作变得尤其关键。在现代农产品和食品质量安全检验检测中,元素分析是重要的内容之一,包括营养成分及有毒有害物质是否存在、含量有多少。监测农产品及食品中的元素水平有助于评价其营养价值、了解被污染状况以及提高绿色、安全生产管理水平。现如今,检测手段越来越精准,检测技术要求也愈来愈高。标准品作为分析测量的“器具”,与检测技术密不可分。标准品的管理水平是检测实验室的能力体现之一,它的使用是保证分析测量可靠性的重要手段。本文从农产品及食品元素分析使用标准品的研制、管理程序包括采购、验收、贮存与使用、期间核查以及废弃物处置等方面以及发展趋势进行探讨,对标准品管理中的关键点提出了相关的建议与对策,以期为农产品与食品标准品的研制、发展和实验室质量控制管理与能力建设提供有价值的参考。
