摘要:
以美花石斛初代培养诱导出的腋芽作为供试材料研究外源激素对花芽分化的影响。结果表明,适宜浓度的TDZ与NAA结合可诱导花芽分化,MS+TDZ 0.15 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L效果最佳,花芽诱导率达到27.78%;ABA与PP333预处理可使花芽分化率有所上升,以浓度为2 mg/L的PP333预处理诱导出的腋芽15 d后再转接入MS+TDZ 015 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L培养基中,可使花芽诱导率上升13.3%。
