摘要:
以冬枣花药为试验材料,探讨冬枣花药离体培养中不同麦芽糖浓度、不同激素浓度及低温预处理和高温预处理对花药培养效果的影响,建立一套更适合冬枣花药培养技术体系。结果表明:花药膨大率与出愈率之间有明显的相关性;在MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+麦芽糖20 g/L+琼脂4 g/L培养基中最高花药愈伤组织诱导率达37.2%,4 ℃低温预处理3 d能显著提高愈伤组织诱导率,35 ℃高温预处理出愈率会显著降低。
