摘要:
利用光合仪测定了贵州石漠化治理区岩生优势种青冈、火棘的光合生理生态特性，并比较它们的净光合作用速率、蒸腾速率等生理生态指标的日变化特征。结果表明：青冈具有低光合速率、低蒸腾速率的特点，火棘具有高光合速率、高蒸腾速率的特点；青冈在石灰岩喀斯特石漠化区表现出的净光合速率曲线较为平缓，未出现明显的光合“午休”现象，火棘光合“午休”现象则相对明显；青冈净光合速率主要受气孔性限制因素的影响，火棘净光合速率主要受非气孔性限制因素的影响。相关分析表明，在相关环境因子相关性显著的情况下，环境因子对青冈的各项光合生理特性影响的显著性不明显，而火棘各项光合生理参数则受环境影响较大；植物自身的生理因子、环境生态因子相互作用，共同影响青冈、火棘的光合生理机能。
