摘要:
利用10个高粱品种(9个酒用高粱品种和1个非糯性品种),在进行单籽粒粳糯性检测、淀粉含量测定的基础上,进一步对Waxy基因位点进行鉴定分析。结果表明,9个糯高粱品种糯性籽粒所占的比例基本上达到了100%;非糯性品种(BTx23)直链淀粉含量为13.83%,9个糯性品种的直链淀粉含量在0.18%~3.26%之间,与非糯性品种差异极显著;在所有糯高粱品种中有2个为wa突变类型,其余7个均为wb突变类型,非糯性品种属野生型(W)。
