摘要:
以巴西橡胶树花药为外植体,对巴西橡胶树再生过程中不同类型愈伤组织的内源激素含量及比值进行测定。结果表明:过高或过低的内源激素含量和不同内源激素含量比,大多会导致橡胶树外植体在分化过程中出现非胚性愈伤和畸形胚,因此橡胶树花药体细胞胚再生过程与其内源激素密切相关。
