摘要:
发展高端产业是北京疏解非首都功能的重要内容，也是实现农业结构调整和发展方式转变的必由之路。通过理论分析和调查研究，明确了农业高端产业的内涵和重点领域，总结了北京农业高端产业的发展现状，对高端产业的竞争力作出定性和定量评价，查找了高端产业竞争力的关键制约因素，并提出了推动农业高端产业发展的主要战略，为“十三五”期间进一步提升北京市农业高端产业的发展质量提供参考。
