摘要:
县域经济是构成国家国民经济发展的重要基石，是解决“三农”问题的关键。分析了县域经济发展存在的问题：产业结构不合理、科技发展不足、经济社会发展失调、高等资源要素缺乏等。在“互联网+”大背景下，挖掘县域经济自身特色，明确县域电子商务的发展定位，进行县域电商经济的顶层设计，选择县域电子商务发展模式，打造电子商务经济主体，实现县域就地城镇化，从而促进农业、特色产业与电子商务相结合，有效推动县域经济持续、高效融合发展。
