摘要:
对虎皮兰(Sansevieria trifasciata Prain)进行不同遮阴处理(25%、50%、100%光照)，研究不同光照条件对虎皮兰叶片气孔的结构特征、气孔空间分布格局、气体交换参数的影响。研究结果显示，随着光照度的减弱，气孔密度逐渐增加，在25%光照条件下的气孔密度显著高于100%光照。同时，25%光照时的气孔面积指数也显著高于50%、100% 2个光照条件。而叶片气孔长度、气孔宽度、气孔周长、气孔面积、气孔形状指数在不同光照条件下的变化不显著。此外，不同光照处理间的净光合反应速率(Pn)差异不显著。随着光照度的减弱，叶片蒸腾速率(Tr)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)先增加后减小，而气孔导度(Gs)没有发生变化。虎皮兰叶片气孔的空间分布格局随着光照的减弱逐渐变得不规则。说明尽管低光条件有利于增加虎皮兰叶片上气孔的个数和面积，但同时却在空间水平上使气孔分布不均匀，导致虎皮兰的An和Gs并未产生显著的变化。研究结果不仅有利于深入理解光照对虎皮兰气孔特征和气体交换参数之间关系的影响机理，并为栽培实践过程中虎皮兰最适光照条件提供理论依据。
