摘要:
以3年生夏黑葡萄为试材,用遮阳网营造弱光环境,研究全光照、单层遮阳网、双层遮阳网3种光照强度对葡萄新梢内源激素的影响,结果表明,果实膨大期前,新梢激素含量对葡萄成花有重要的调控作用;始原始体分化盛期,遮阴夏黑葡萄的赤霉素(GA)含量高于全光照处理(CK),脱落酸(ABA)含量低于全光照处理;与对照相比,遮阴时葡萄新梢的细胞分裂素(CTK)含量有明显下降;果实膨大期前,遮阴会改变新梢吲哚乙酸(IAA)含量平稳上升的变化趋势,IAA含量出现下降;遮阴对ABA/GA、ABA/IAA比值的影响不大,而CTK/GA比值出现较大波动,对CTK/IAA比值的影响主要在果实膨大期前。
