摘要:
以玉米秸秆为原料进行中温连续发酵，并利用相关性分析和主成分分析，研究指标间的相关性及其主要影响因子。结果表明，各监测指标之间均呈现一定的相关关系，其中挥发性脂肪酸和总无机碳酸盐的比值(VFA/TIC)与其他指标之间的相关性比较显著，是具有代表性的指标；VFA/TIC与第一主成分(方差贡献率为64.40%)的相关系数(0.96)最大，是最主要的影响因子，可以表征发酵过程的稳定性。通过分析指标之间的相关性，并结合主成分分析证明VFA/TIC是表征厌氧发酵过程稳定性的关键指标。
