摘要:
以有机农产品供应链为对象，在国内外相关文献梳理和实地调研的基础上，构建我国有机农产品供应链，并对供应链节点构成及其利益分配等进行分析和探讨，将有机农产品供应链节点分成生产商、运输商和零售商等3类。在此基础上确定有机农产品供应链利益分配的基本方法，运用Shapley值法进行定量分析有机农产品供应链节点的利益分配，同时对Shapley值法进行加权因子的修正，特别是考虑到有机农产品自然属性带来的风险分布等综合因素，定性模型和实证分析出较公平合理的利益分配方案。结果表明，有机农产品供应链节点的协作有利于提高供应链总体收益，产生合作剩余。基于风险考量的合作剩余分配应将合作收益适当向供应链上游即有机农产品生产节点倾斜，从而有利于供应链联盟的稳定性、可持续性，最终有效推动有机农业的发展。
