摘要:
经过多年的实践，我国农地流转率一直比较低。如何破解农地流转效率低下成为时下学术界热点讨论问题。基于劳动力流动的新经济学(NELM)理论基础，提出假设“基于要素替代视角下，农户采取提高农业生产效率的生产方法，利用机械替代传统的劳动力，会否诱发农户农地转入交易行为？”。结果表明，农业生产机械化发展对规模经营存在正向作用，并且机械化程度越高越容易促进农户对农地的扩大投入。农业机械化程度的提高，使得农业生产更加便捷，减少了劳动投入，提高了生产经济效益。提出大力发展二、三产业，降低农民对土地的依赖程度；完善农村社会保障制度，减少农户对农地的依赖程度；加大对农业机械的基础投入，调整农业供给侧改革背景下的农业机械化结构的政策建设。
