摘要:
为研究生菜自然群体中蛋白质、硝酸盐、可溶性糖、纤维素含量的变化,采用80个SSR标记对51份生菜品系的基因型进行检测。其中12个多态性SSR标记共检测到62个等位基因,平均每个位点5.167个,扩增等位基因最多的是标记LswSS10。观察杂合度HO、期望杂合度HE、多态性信息含量(PIC)变化范围分别为0.00~0.273、0.545~0.842、0.428~0.803,平均值分别为0.106、0.687、0.614。关联分析并未发现与蛋白质和硝酸盐含量关联的标记,最终筛选得到2个与可溶性糖含量关联的SSR标记(r为-0.214和-0.260),3个与纤维素含量相关的SSR标记(r为-0.366~-0.261),这为后续关联基因的克隆和生菜营养品质改良奠定了基础。
